Are all products available in stock?
All products that we have are available and ready to be shipped in our working days. Exceptionally for orders made with engrave request, it will take additional working time before it is shipped to your door.
How long will it take for orders with engrave request?
For every orders with engrave request made from Sunday to Wednesday will be shipped on Thursday and every orders made from Thursday to Saturday will be shipped on the next Monday.
Is there any additional charge for engrave request?
There is an additional IDR30,000 fee for engraving.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
To reset your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.
How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your airway bill to track your package. If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.
What if my wallet gets broken by usage?
We do provide repair service. Please refer to our return & guarantee policy below;
1. Shipping is done everyday except Sunday & public holiday.
2. All confirmed orders before 4.30pm on weekdays and before 2.30pm on Saturdays will be shipped on the same day.
3. After the aforementioned hours, confirmed orders will be shipped on the following day.
4. Engraved orders will be shipped every Monday and Thursday.

5. We accept instant shipping service request using GoJek and Grab, please kindly reach our WhatsApp and we will assist you shortly.
6. The policy might changes during unforeseeable urgent circumstances.
1. This policy covers the possibility of returning your product but only within 24 hours after the product arrival time
2. This policy applies for any reason if simply you're not completely satisfied and/or factory faults and defects
3. For factory faults and defects report within 24 hours, the shipment fee will be covered by us. Apart from that reason, shipment fee will be charged to the customers
4. This policy does not apply for engraved items
1. This policy covers the possibility of getting your items repaired particularly for the aluminium card holder
2. The repair service is free of charge but the shipment fee will be charged to the customers
